Return and exchange with Nomadeshop


You ordered a product on our website and it does not fit? Do not panic ! With Nomadeshop.com, you can return your product to us within 30 days and request an exchange, credit or refund. Please note, for purchases made at the store (excluding the website and click and collect), reimbursement is not possible.


How to return my product?


On the Internet


In order to return a product to us via an online purchase, nothing could be simpler. All you have to do is go to your customer account via the "My account"button located at the top on the computer and represented by a pictogram on the mobile phone, then go to>"My orders". Finally, you just have to click on the "Return a product"button to obtain a return form pre-filled with the information corresponding to the order you have placed.

Once completed, you will have to insert the form in the package and go to the post office to make a return. Please note, however, that the original box must not be used as the packing box. You will need to cover the package (example: bubble wrap or suitable cardboard) so that the Post Office labels are not stuck directly on it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a standard withdrawal.

Warning: returns without going through our customer service are possible provided that the items are in new condition, unused and with their original packaging intact. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service by phone at 01 44 54 94 45 or by email at service.clients@nomadeshop.com.

If in doubt about the procedure, a delivery error (wrong product received), a problem with the product or if it has been used and you still want to return it to us (within 30 days after purchase) , please contact customer service by phone at 01 44 54 94 45 or by email at service.clients@nomadeshop.com specifying your request and your order number.

If the item received does not conform to your order or has a defect, please contact our customer service. A prepaid Colissimo return label will then be sent to you so that you can return the item (s) to us free of charge.

Return your product directly to the store


To return a product ordered on the internet directly in the store, the items must be in new condition, unused and with their original packaging intact, accompanied by the completed return form. To find it, all you have to do is go to your customer account via the "My account"button located at the top on the computer and represented by a pictogram on mobile then go to>"My orders">"Return a product". A new page will open with the pre-filled return form.
