3-wheel skates will allow you to go faster with a lower center of gravity, thus providing more stability than frames with 4 wheels. 4-wheel frames have the advantage of being more manoeuvrable. Generally we recommend 4-wheel frames for beginners.
- 4 Wheels
A beginner level corresponds to someone who is new to rollerblading or who practices occasionally. The intermediate level is determined by a fairly regular practice of rollerblading, you master the basics and want to improve. The expert or confirmed level corresponds to people perfectly mastering the practice of rollerblading and looking for new sensations.
The diameter of the wheel affects handling, rolling comfort and speed. The smaller the diameter, the less the skate can go fast and the more manoeuvrable it will be. Conversely, large wheels will provide better speed but with less maneuverability.

Frames can vary in length. The longer they are the more stable they'll be, but harder to handle, too. Fitness skates are equipped with medium-sized plates.
